How to add, edit or remove campaigns?

What are campaigns?

Campaigns are the type of interactions your visitors, leads or customers are having with your brand.

When starting a marketing plan, you envision a few buyer persona's; together with the pains your solution solves or the gains your solution brings to them. Campaigns are the sum of all content and other actionable items you promote which is related to a certain pain or gain.

Campaigns are actively managed in journy.io. For interactions with journy.io to be recorded and represented in a dashboard, you must define a jouny.io campaigns, by UTM parameter. E.g. if you want someone related to 'campaign1' to be recorded into one single source, you define various utm parameters (e.g. utm_campaign=campaign1+1, utm_campaign=campaign1+action2...) into one journy.io campaign.

If journy.io encounters an unknown utm_campaign parameter, the admin users will be notified and through the auto-detect page allowed to add the new parameter into either a new campaign, either an existing one...

Campaigns are grouped into campaign groups for future querying.
